If you’ve ever been to the Seattle area, you’ll know that Asian cuisine is a big and booming business up here. My absolute favourite dish before I started Keto was Spicy Chicken Teriyaki. I was really craving it today so I decided to make a low-carb version of it. However, I couldn’t quite get the “teriyaki” part of the sauce, so it’s just sesame flavored. Either way, it is super spicy and super delicious. It totally satisfied my craving. I served it up with some warm riced cauliflower. So good!
Lauren’s Spicy Sesame Chicken

- 4tsp Chili Paste
- 1/2 Packet Stevia
- 1tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- Celery Salt to taste
Mix ingredents together in a medium bowl, add chicken and toss to coat. Heat pan over medium heat, then add chicken, cook for 1-2 minutes per side until cooked all the way through. Serve with warm cauliflower rice with chili paste or other low-carb sauce on top.
NOTE: Since this recipe uses a lot of oils and spices, it is best that your kitchen is well ventilated and you cook on no higher than medium.
